Slept pretty good but I did not get to run. Will run tomorrow.
Feeling pretty good today about stuff in general.

I'm always thinking of my girl friend Lynda in Edmonton AB Canada. Sure can't wait to be in her arms soon. I hope soon and I hope soon for good.

Hard to believe that I will be 60 this summer. Where have the years gone?  I heard when I was younger that the years go by fast. Little did I know that saying is so true. Thank goodness having run in high school, I still run and walk and exercise. I have my vices like alcohol now and then. And don't get me wrong I now feel the aches and pains from running but I love it. When I went to my 30th high school reunion in 2003 I barely recognized many people due to the weight gain, but I loved it. I loved being there and seeing my old classmates who like me are now middle aged. Crazy.

Well all for now. Still living in LA and the city is so different. There is way too much traffic. The city is so spread out. Funny seeing the kids in the hood driving new cars, really?  Don't get me started on that.

As for the Baltimore riots...there have to be answers. I hate cops because cops attack they don't react, they attack. They have a license to shoot and kill. Justice for all people of all races and colors. I believe in peace and someday there will be peace around the world. Whether I am old and still alive or dead and at peace, one day there will be peace even if I am not around to see it. If not, and that day never comes...how sad that will be for the remaining generation.

First Blog

I found this after writing a comment about this poor soul back in the 60s who raped Florence Ballard.

Got my BS Degree in health care management last year. Still seeking to get into the business. Even volunteering is a pain in the ass for that field, but I am still prevailing. Still keeping busy because I have to. Still getting govt. assistance to keep me going and get me some cash and stuff because I have to. I cannot give in and throw in the towel so I won't.

Okay enough of that stuff...
finished a new short story (4.28.15) called Stage. About my character I created called Superstar who is a superstar. He has not toured in some time but now he is back, and he is allowing this young new comer to open the show for him. Superstar reflects on his life and success and how he has managed to be successful still after all of these years in the music industry.

No piano at home but I am still writing tons of lyrics. It helps when you have someone special in your life, though she is miles away. I hooked up again with a friend that I met online in 2009. We met live and in person in Edmonton AB where she lives. I'm glad that we hooked up again.
